Bio: Matt Theurer is a co-founder of HyperSpectral.ai where he initially served as CTO (partnering closely with Harry Hopper, who served as acting-CEO) and then became CEO. Matt is a global technology executive and was a co-founder of the enterprise-class cloud company, Virtustream. Matt and his fellow co-founders sold Virtustream to EMC for $1.2Bn. Matt stayed with Virtustream for several years as a technology leader dealing with serial integration processes with EMC and then EMC’s acquiror, Dell Technologies. Virtustream remained a major go-to-market brand and business at Dell before he left to complete his EMBA at MIT. Matt has extensive technology start-up experience where he innovatively and successfully applied cutting edge technology to solve real world business problems.
